To connect your Costco account to Pimento, follow the below steps:

1. Open Costco Integration

Navigate to the Costco integration settings within the Pimento dashboard. Connect Costco

2. Enter your SFTP Connection Details

To connect Costco to Pimento, you’ll need to provide the following credentials. These details are typically provided by your Costco account manager or found in your Costco vendor portal.

Required SFTP Credentials

Username: Your unique Costco vendor username. Password: The password associated with your SFTP username. Make sure to enter this exactly as provided. Vendor Code: Your unique Costco vendor identification code.

3. Complete Integration

  1. Click Connect Integration
Costco Connected Your Costco account is now connected and you’re all set!
The initial sync may take up to 30 minutes. Historical orders from the past 30 days will be imported automatically.
